Standard Limited Warranty
SLS Sp. z o.o. warrants that REMOVU devices and accessories (“Products”) are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for the period commencing upon the date of purchase by the first consumer purchaser and continuing for 1 year period of time after that date, for the products purchased . Products purchased elsewhere must be directed to the reseller of the particular unit.

Exclusions and Limitations
This Limited Warranty is conditioned upon proper use of Product by Purchaser. This Limited Warranty does not cover:
(a) Defects or damage resulting from accident, misuse, abnormal use, abnormal conditions, improper storage, exposure to liquid, moisture, dampness, sand or dirt, neglect, or unusual physical, electrical or electromechanical stress;
(b) Scratches, dents and cosmetic damage, unless caused by REMOVU;
(c) Defects or damage resulting from excessive force or use of a metallic object when pressing on a touch screen;
(d) Equipment that has the serial number or the enhancement data code removed, defaced, damaged, altered or made illegible;
(e) Ordinary wear and tear;
(f) Defects or damage resulting from the use of Product in conjunction or connection with accessories, products, or ancillary/peripheral equipment not furnished or approved by REMOVU;
(g) Defects or damage resulting from improper testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, or adjustment not furnished or approved by REMOVU;
(h) Defects or damage resulting from external causes such as collision with an object, fire, flooding, dirt, windstorm, lightning, earthquake, exposure to weather conditions, theft, blown fuse, or improper use of any electrical source;
( i ) The battery has been charged by a battery charger not specified or approved by REMOVU or its manufacturer;

Obtaining Warranty Service
Please send us an email (europe@REMOVU.com) with the description of the defect, your product serial number and proof of purchase.
If your product is confirmed to be a defect, we will repair or replace your device with a brand new product.

We understand that customers may want to return the purchased item for any reason. SLS Sp. z o.o. will refund for any eligible items purchased from europe.removu.com, within 14 calendar days of a purchase.

 

ELIGIBLE RETURNS

Returned items must be unworn, in resalable condition, and in the original packaging. Packaging must be unaltered and undamaged with all tags and/or labels. For extra battery, it will not be accepted once original,

EXCEPTIONS AND REFUSAL

SLS reserves the right to refuse any return that we deem to be outside of the eligible return guidelines. We will not accept returns of opened, damaged, or unsalable items. We also do not accept returns on items that are missing items from the original packaging, tags, labels, or packaging itself.

SHIPPING FEE RETURNS

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Customer pays for shipping of return item.
In the event that SLS ships you the incorrect item, we will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with the event.

RESTOCKING FEE

SLS reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a minimum 15% restocking fee if following condition is not met. All returned items must be in new condition, in their original unaltered box (including an intact UPC code) and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals and accessories. SLS can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable. Gimbals and cameras are subject to 15% restocking fee. Batteries are not refundable if package is open and is not defective.

WARRANTIES

All items are protected by a 1 Year Parts & Labor Warranty. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or damage caused by misuse. Please refer to warranty described in the user manual or visit warranty section of our website for more detail.

MISC. RETURN INFORMATION

Eligible returns will cover the full purchase price of an item, excluding applicable shipping or restocking fees. Promotional discounts or other considerations may affect your return amount. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding your return before shipping the item back to us.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION

Any return must obtain return authorization from REMOVU. Please send an email to us at europe@removu.com with order number, model name, serial number, and brief reason to get Return Authorization (RA) number before sending the product back to us. Any returns not accompanying RA number will be refused.

Return item must be received by REMOVU within 14 days from the Return Authorization is issued. REMOVU has right to refuse any return item after this period.
We are not responsible for any damage to return item, or loss of return item during return transportation. Please ensure that returns have adequate insurance and signature confirmation to ensure that you are covered with product cost, in the event that the return product is damaged or lost in return transportation for any high value product.

I changed from “Batteries will not be accepted once original package is opened.” To this. Better understand without any misunderstand?

Basic Shipping Policies:
• Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours Monday through Friday.
• Orders received after 12PM UTC Friday may not ship until the following Monday.
• Order will be delivered to Europe within 3-5 days. It does not mean that your order will be delivered within 3-5 days from the order placement.

Flat Rate Shipping:
• Flat Rate: EUR 9.99 Orders over (after discounts applied) for Free Shipping.
• Orders within EU will be shipped via UPS.
• Orders from outside EU and RMA will be shipped by National Post.

Standard Ground Shipping Times:
• Orders are shipped from Poland, EU. Most of the shipping will be delivered within 3 ~ 5 Working days.

International Shipping:
• Orders from specific countries will not be delivered by customs law.
• Duty, Tax and other fees charged at destination country are paid by customer

REFUNDS & CREDITS

Once we receive and inspect your item(s), we will credit your account. Please allow 5-7 days for a credit to appear on your account. We only issue refund and credit to the original credit card or PayPal account that you used to purchase the product.

Please note: we can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.

LIMITED LIABILITY

REMOVU is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise. REMOVU is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only. Also, claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.
